How much will my order cost?
There are several factors that affect the price of your order. They include what kind of apparel you are ordering, how many pieces you are ordering, how many locations you want printed, and how many colors are printed on each location. Please contact us for a custom estimate that reflects your needs!
What is your turnaround time?
10 business days beginning from the date we have received final approval on the artwork. If you need your order sooner, please call us! A rush fee of 25% of the total order cost may apply depending upon the circumstances.
What types of payment are accepted?
Currently, we accept cash and check. For payments that are returned, a $20 return fee will apply. Additionally, invoices 30 days past due may be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum.
Do you have a minimum needed to place an order?
Our official order minimum is 10. Orders less than 10 pieces are generally more expensive, but we are happy to help, so please call us!
What is your guarantee of quality?
Please inspect your order carefully upon pick up or delivery. If there is a mistake with your order, please notify us within 48 hours. Please bring the entire order back to O's Ark. At our discretion, we will replace the items or refund your money.
What is your return policy?
Since all orders are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless it is our mistake, in which case we will replace the order or credit your invoice.
I placed an order, but I've changed my mind. I need to cancel my order or make changes to my order. What happens?
If you cancel your order and we have not begun printing, we will invoice you for the cost of the apparel, in addition to a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your order and we have begun printing, we will invoice you for the cost of the apparel, in addition to a $50 cancellation fee. Any changes made to an order may incur a change fee. This fee is dependent upon the types of changes being made and where we are in the printing process for your order.
Will the screen printing last on my apparel?
Yes! The ink we use for screen printing is very durable. We recommend machine-washing your screen printed t-shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low (unless the garment tag calls for a different dry procedure). However, if your apparel item has washed out within 30 days of your order, please return the garment to us.
What if I receive my order and decide I need more?
You receive the same pricing for a new order, if the order is placed within 10 business days from the completion of the past order. However, no changes can be made to the artwork.
